Every job starts with the room itself, not with a catalogue. We measure the space, check where the existing pipework and waste runs sit, and plan a layout that makes the room feel bigger than it is. Small changes matter here — moving a door swing, squaring off a boxed pipe or shifting the shower a foot to one side can free up the space a whole vanity needs. Twenty years of fitting bathrooms means we can tell you on the first visit what will work in your room and what looks good on paper but won't, and we'll be straight with you about it. You'll know exactly where everything is going before a single wall gets touched.

We source the full package for the job — tiles, sanitaryware, vanities, brassware, shower screens, underfloor heating kits and everything in between. Because we buy at trade prices from Irish suppliers, you usually pay less than you would walking into a showroom yourself. We know which ranges hold up in a family bathroom and which ones look good for a year and then start to disappoint, and we'll tell you straight which is which. Everything is ordered to a schedule and delivered to site for the day it's actually needed, so the job never stalls waiting on a part. If you'd rather supply your own materials, that's no problem at all.

This is the part nobody sees and everybody depends on. We handle the full plumbing side ourselves — new pipe runs, waste re-routing, shower valves, pumps, towel rails and complete re-plumbs where the old system has had its day. Every joint is pressure-tested and every run properly clipped and insulated before a single wall goes back up. Because the same team does the plumbing and the tiling, nothing gets buried in the wrong place and there's no waiting three weeks for another trade to show up. Do it right at this stage and the bathroom simply works, quietly, for the next twenty years.

Tiling is where this business started, and it's still what we're known for. We work with large-format porcelain, natural stone, mosaic feature walls and full floor-to-ceiling wet rooms, on floors and walls prepared and levelled properly first. The preparation is the difference: a floor that isn't dead level or a wall that isn't primed will show up in the grout lines eventually, no matter how good the tile is. We take the time to set out the room so cuts land where they're least visible and the pattern runs true into corners and around fittings. The result is straight lines and even joints that still look right five years later, not just on handover day.

The fit-out is the finish everyone actually sees and touches. We install baths, WCs, vanities and basins, walk-in showers and enclosures, mirrors, lighting, extraction and heated towel rails — all fitted level, sealed and silicone-finished by hand. Screens are set true so doors close cleanly, and seals are run neatly enough that they don't need re-doing in six months. When we're finished the site is cleaned down, the waste is taken away and we walk you through the room before we leave. You get a bathroom that's ready to use that evening, not one that's ready for the next trade.
